🛍️ Gladigo Return & Refund Policy

At Gladigo your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • ✅ Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • ❌ We do not accept returns on personal care items, undergarments, or items marked "Final Sale"

To initiate a return, email us at Support@Gladigo.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.

💸 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged product? We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item and place a new order.
